Shipping

Paintings will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel with Liability coverage.

Shipping costs are estimated for Canada and United States. Exact cost can only be determined once I have your postal code or zip code. If the difference in shipping cost is more than $5.00, I will refund the difference. If you are purchasing more than one item, I will ship items together and refund the difference in shipping.

I do ship internationally, depending on the size of the artwork and the county. Please inquire as to shipping rates for specific pieces. You can submit inquiries on my contact page.

Return Policy

All sales are final. If a piece is lost in transit or damaged, please contact me to work out replacement options.

New Releases

I hope to release two to three collections per year, but this can vary as I am just starting out with producing artwork regularly.

Terms of Use / copyright

I retain all rights to all artwork I create, including sold or commissioned paintings. I retain the right to reproduce any artwork I have created unless you purchase full rights at an additional cost. Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing full rights.

You may not reproduce the artwork in any way. If you use the artwork in a photograph for print or social media, please give credit to Anne deJong Art.
